RESPONSE TEAM

The HopeAlive268 Crisis Team has been actively involved in the Lubombo Region since the beginning of the Covid pandemic. Our purpose is to bring emergency intervention during the time of crisis. This unit, also known as “CERT,”  is comprised of social workers, medical personnel, therapist, pastors, police and counselors, with years of experience. CERT is currently responding to the COVID-19 crisis through education of COVID-19, the need for good hygiene now and in the future, proper handwashing, mask education, suicide prevention, and highly needed food parcels. We have also responded to the recent cyclone which wreaked havoc on the nation and the Lubombo region. Our main objective is to bring a heart of compassion and love to those in fear and distress.
